Sunny Days and Gardening

It was such a nice day that all the boys (3 younger) and I spent some time outside in the morning. This was about a week before the kids got out of school. Samuel does really well at sitting by himself now. He used to sit for a second or two then topple over. Avery wanted to be in the photo too.

This year for the garden we assigned veggies to each of the kids. We told them that who ever does their best to take care of the veggies they planted (everyone has 2 to care for) and has the most success will win a prize. I'm hoping to get more help with the gardening this year. If you've got the time here is some photos of what's growing. Can you guess what each veggie is?

A few things we planted didn't grow so we've tried again and planted a few more seeds.
