For those of you who would like to see Colorado's violin concert, it was amazing! It was about 1 1/2 hours (she had one number to perform with others), and it was like being at a symphony. The music was so -o-o-o-o beautiful. Samuel was a bit wiggily, but he just doesn't appreciate wonderful music yet. Jarom was kind enough to watch the other children while Jason and I went. We have a future orchestra performer in the family. Sorry it's a bit jumpy. Jason tried to hold the camera as still as possible. It is also dark and hard to see Colorado (don't know why because it wasn't really dark when we taped it) She is in the bottom/middle, left of the screen. Sit back and enjoy the music.
Every Christmas Eve we act out the Nativity. Someone reads from the Bible and the rest of the family acts out the birth of the Savior. Avery wanted to be the donkey and really wanted to wear the horse costume from the Hallowe'en costumes we have. Spencer started to cry when we told him he couldn't be a Lion (from the Hallowe'en box), so we gave in. He then changed his mind and decided he wanted to be a Giraffe. He changed his mind a third time and was running around in his undershirt. We finally convinced him to put on his red pj's and be a Wise-Man.
